Positive: Nice apartment in a great location. Rating on value for money is largely due to the increased rates across Bilbao when there is a Champions League game on. Negative: Shower wasn't very clean (there were hairs in the bath). The walls and floors allow a lot of noise from other apartments eg walking on wooden floors overhead.
