PERFET ! Beautiful view~~ Positive: First off, the Ariaga Theater, visible from the window, looked beautiful across the river. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was very clean, which made me feel good. However, you might be surprised by the construction at the entrance. When you open the main door and enter, you're on the ground floor. You'll need to take the elevator up to the first floor. Just remember this and you'll have a perfect trip. Negative: Please provide detailed information about the entrance construction and how to open the front door.

Nice property, good location but could be better. Positive: Location, general size and amenities. Negative: Broken furniture, dangerous implements in kitchen and bedroom drawers (razor blades/carpet knives!), absurd flickering flame light bulb in bedroom, poor kitchen implements including no cork screw and a lack of response from letting agent.

Spacious apartment but not very peaceful Positive: The property is spacious and close to old town with great views of the river. Negative: The area means it is not quiet at night. Lots of noise heard through windows of main bedroom. The entrance is having lots of work done meaning lots of dust and noise throughout the day from 8am
