Amplitud, diseño e historia en el Casco Viejo

Maravilla de lugar Positive: Amplio, limpio, cómodo y con todos los detalles habidos y por haber. Con mucho encanto. Ubicación céntrica.

Amplitud, la casa ideale per stare a Bilbao Positive: Amplitud è una casa splendida, un appartamento storico completamente ristrutturato splendidamente, con un recupero dei materiali originali fatto a regola d’arte (il pavimento uno spettacolo) ed accostato a complementi moderni Tutt’e le stanze sono molto fruibili: bella l’idea della cucina passante. Spazi ampi. Dotata di ogni comfort. Tre camere da letto ampie con letti e cuscini veramente comodi, per non parlare delle lenzuola molto morbide. In entrambi i bagni, oltre ad asciugamani pulitissimi, phon professionale con il diffusore e cassetta del pronto soccorso. Cucina fornita di tutto: dalla macchinetta del caffè a cialde nespresso, alla friggitrice ad aria, al minipimer, forno microonde, lavatrice ed asciugatrice. Stoviglie di design. Non manca veramente nulla. Per non parlare della posizione: nel cuore della città vecchia, puoi andare ovunque a piedi. Siamo andati in otto e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Negative: Se proprio devo dire qualche cosa gli scarichi un po intasato, ma penso fosse un problema momentaneo e i bagni ciechi che rimanevano un po’ umidi, ma è comprensibile dal momento che la casa è una casa d’epoca e ricavare due bagni belli ampi come questi era una scelta obbligata.

Beautiful old apartment, excellent location, great facilities Positive: Beautiful huge apartment in a brilliant location right in the old town. Great size for the price and with excellent facilities and lovely decor. Loved the wood and stone! We stayed with a baby and therefore had lots of luggage, however it wasn't an issue walking from where the taxi could drop us off to the apartment - only a few minutes. Also very handy lift in the building! We loved our stay - thank you. Negative: The bathrooms were a bit tired but still very clean - not an issue but just a bit more noticeable because the rest of the apartment was so beautifully decorated and styled

Excellent apartment to jump start my adventure in Bilbao! Positive: I like the location of the property. It is easy to get on the tram and visit other parts of the city or stay and explore the neighborhood. Negative: I wish the property had A/C
