Apartment with river views

Nice property, good location but could be better. Positive: Location, general size and amenities. Negative: Broken furniture, dangerous implements in kitchen and bedroom drawers (razor blades/carpet knives!), absurd flickering flame light bulb in bedroom, poor kitchen implements including no cork screw and a lack of response from letting agent.

Spacious apartment but not very peaceful Positive: The property is spacious and close to old town with great views of the river. Negative: The area means it is not quiet at night. Lots of noise heard through windows of main bedroom. The entrance is having lots of work done meaning lots of dust and noise throughout the day from 8am

Positive: Very beautiful, classic-style apartment with ample space. Great location, with an amazing view of the river (see picture taken in living room!). Walking distance to both historic and modern city centres. We had a very comfortable, quiet stay and would definitely come again. Negative: Some of the apartment elements do need some care. There is a very broken chair in the living room, which would be easy to toss. Kitchen was missing some helpful basics like corkscrew and salt. We also had to hunt around for a second full-size towel as we only found one on the bed (hint, there are linens in the storage area of the foldout couch in the third bedroom!)
