Apartamento La Alameda de Indautxu

Well equipped and spacious apartment but no aircon and poor shower Positive: This is a spacious, well equipped apartment in a great location close to Bilbao Intermodal, shops and bars. The apartment had a large sofa in the lounge and a large comfortable bed. The Wifi was good and there was a large TV in the lounge. There was a dining table with six chairs and lots of storage space. Negative: The instructions provided by the agent to enter the apartment were confusing. There were three doors to open using a combination of an app and key codes. The agent refused to ring us saying she couldn't ring us as her baby was asleep! (We have had that excuse from other agents before.) She sent us messages and videos via WhatsApp and we eventually got in but it took a while. We made suggestions on how to make the instructions clearer. Thankfully, a key and fob was provided once in the room so we didn't need to use the app and code again. The water pressure in the shower/bath was very low and it was difficult to shower. It would take hours to fill a bath with that pressure which is surprising as the water pressure was very good in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. The shower needs looking at by a plumber. There is no aircon in the apartment which was OK while we were there but might be an issue in hot weather. There are two fans, one of which is old and noisy. There is a small balcony but this is neglected and overlooks a cluttered and untidy roof. There are other balconies opening onto that roof and we had concerns about security. The soundproofing could be improved and we heard noisy footsteps above us each morning and evening. Some of the lights in the lounge didn't work and some of the dimmer switches were broken. We thought the bathroom towels were worn and thin. One was quite old and grey compared to the other. A clothes airer and some pegs would be useful to use the drying line outside.

Globalement un agréable séjour Positive: Quartier calme, Litterie confortable , cuisine équipée Bonne communication avec l'hôte, très réactif. Supermarche juste en bas de l'immeuble Pas loin du jardin Dona cassilda , d'ailleurs tout les lieux touristiques accessibles en tramway Pas loin de la station San Mames ( Intermodal, station Metro et station tramway, Bus pour aéroport ), comme notre vol était prévu en soirée nous avons pu mettre nos bagages en consigne à la station San Mames et profiter aussi de la dernière journée. Negative: Le linge / serviettes de toilettes nécessitent un petit changement , un peu usés A Notre arrivée un des lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché Terrasse commune où malheureusement les voisins du dessus jettent des mégots

Negative: 15 минут не могли попасть в подъезд. С такой системой заселения мы столкнулись впервые. На наш взгляд, она неоправданно сложная. Гораздо удобнее, когда гостей встречают лично и передают ключи от квартиры. В квартире нет кондиционера. Из-за этого в жаркую погоду очень душно и влажно, а в помещении ощущается стойкий запах сырости. Чистота квартиры также оставила вопросы. Духовка на кухне была грязной - нам пришлось самостоятельно её отмывать. Чехол на диване в гостиной выглядел грязным, а от ткани исходил неприятный запах. Подушки на диване были в пятнах что также создавало впечатление недостаточного ухода за мебелью. В спальне полки в шкафу были покрыты пылью, поэтому перед тем как разложить вещи нам пришлось самостоятельно их протереть. Постельное белье было сильно застиранным и имело сероватый оттенок. Полотенца также выглядели изношенными и, на наш взгляд давно требуют замены. Напор воды в душе был очень слабым, что создавало неудобства при использовании. В целом сложилось впечатление, что за квартирой недостаточно тщательно ухаживают: уборка проводится некачественно, а часть бытовых вопросов остается без должного внимания.

Fantástica estancia en una ciudad maravillosa Positive: Hermoso apartamento equipado con todas las comodidades, muy limpio. Zona perfecta muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, muchas posibilidades de aparcamiento, posiblemente aparcamiento de pago en las inmediaciones (300mt). Guest súper eficiente y servicial. Si vuelvo a Bilbao será mi primera opción,

Super Wohnung an toller ruhiger Lage Positive: Die Unterkunft ist im tollen Quartier von San Mames unweit vom Flughafenbus Terminal und der Strassenbahn. Im Quartier hat es tolle Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfter. Die Wohnung ist super ausgerüstet und die Better sehr bequem. Negative: Zum „Innenhof“ hat es einen kleinen Balkon. Der Innenhof müsste gereinigt werde von den vielen Zigarretenstümmel.
